As my husband and I have been discussing Reformed/Calvinist theology off and on for several months, I am very excited about the post on Dr. Mohler’s new blog, Conventional Thinking. The blog is devoted to the goings-on within the Southern Baptist Convention, but the post that interests me most right now is The Calvinism Discussion with Dr. Patterson. He plans to write more in the future. Until then, check out the play-by-play at Baptist Press.

I hope that when my husband and I pick up this topic again we will be so amiable. I think one key to their pleasant discussion was that they gave each other equal time. They probably didn’t interrupt each other, either.

Of course, they weren’t lying in bed together, either.
