Lasagna, salad, rolls. Benjamin, because he cannot have cheese, gets his pasta and sauce of choice.
Tuesday
Southwestern Chicken, rice
This is my grandmother’s 79th birthday. We will be visiting with her most of the day, so I need something cooking in the crock pot while we’re gone.
Wednesday
Special dinner for my valentine: Filet mignon, baked potatoes, steamed veggies, cheesecake
Thursday
Chops ‘n’ Kraut, green beans, bread
Friday
Clean out the fridge!!! Eat the leftovers or make a sandwich!
