Last week’s meal plan was a complete bust on account of my Tuesday (the errand day) not going at all as planned. Therefore, some of last week’s meals are on this week’s plan.

Interesting. We will have repeat items on the menu this week because there are still hot dogs left in the pack :)I do plan on making some soup this week and we never got around to the southwestern chicken last week, so I’ll work that in too!

I love to cook a turkey breasts just for lunch sandwiches–so much better for you than lunchmeat! Your menu choices for this week look really good and tasty!

OK now, all you folks raving about Salsa Chicken have to link a recipe! How can anyone list something that sounds so yummy with no recipe link? (I found you via Menu Plan Monday, since I didn’t plan this week and have chicken thawing with no idea what I’m going to make!)
