My very talented husband wrote this Haiku for an assignment for one of his classes in college. The professor submitted it to a national haiku contest, and he won an honorable mention. Isn’t that special?

I’m very scared of poetry, and Haiku scares me the most!I don’t know why, but I’ve always had this poetry adversion for some reason. Maybe I should attempt a haiku about my fear of poetry…as some sort of therapy?

The visual on hubbie’s haiku leaves you longing for a hero to knock on her door. Excellent, just excellent!
