Status Update: April 2013

Sitting…in the driver’s seat of my mini-van.

Waiting…for Abs to get out of her music class.

Thinking…that I’d like to revive this blog.

Wishing…I had a writing plan for reviving this blog.

Anticipating…having to answer the question,”What’s for dinner?”

Wishing…I had taken that chicken out of the freezer yesterday.

Pondering…the time between Easter (First Fruits) and Pentecost, and how to observe it.

Enjoying…geocaching, our latest family hobby/activity. I fear my level of enjoyment exceeds everyone else’s.

As per usual…I am positively giddy over the colors of spring.

What’s got you giddy?

  1. The thought of my camera and 32 GB of SD cards in Paris has me giddy. I also dread the continuous answering of questions about meals and the complaints that follow.

      1. No trade, but I’d gladly make it a matter of prayer that Paris becomes a yearly thing and you get to go in the next few years. 🙂

I’ll agree with you about being giddy over spring’s arrival, but I’m also overwhelmingly giddy over summer vacation beginning at the end of May. Not that I want to wish the time away, but I’m ready for this school year to be in the books…no pun intended. 😉 I do have supper planned…grilled chicken with fettuccine alfredo and salad. Does that spark an idea? Btw, were you at the Alabama/Maryland game last week? Luke was sure he saw someone from your family on the big screen. 🙂

    1. I’m thawing the chicken. Instead of noodles, we’ll have rice. I have some salad I can throw together, too. 🙂 Great!! We were not at any ballgames last week; we were in Charleston. I hope to post some pictures from our spring break trip sometime in the next few days.

I am ready to see our last day of school, too!
