So today I’m at camp giving 5 Leave No Trace presentations to the scouts. I love this stuff! But it is the one weekend that I knew would be a challenge to my #januarywhole30 because it would involved camping and someone else planning the meals. I decided to forgo the camping and meal-sharing. I slept at home, ate a big Whole30 compliant breakfast, packed my lunch, and will be home in time for a whole30 compliant dinner. I’ll miss the camp out, but it’s a small price to pay for sticking with my goal to stay 100% compliant for 30 full days. I’m feeling great, not hungry, lots of energy...is this what tiger blood feels like?! 🤷🏻‍♀️
